Great peeps plus great food times a couple cocktails with Windows 7 equals not only a fun evening but also quite a proficient little party. 

A few weeks ago my little Vingnation hosted a little get together in honor of the launch of Windows 7!  That’s right, on a dark rainy evening 20 of my friends all cozied up in the private room at Marben (488 Wellington Street West, www.marbenrestaurant.com)in the T dot to learn all about the amazingness of Microsoft’s new Windows 7.  Everyone got a chance to ask questions, putt away on computers, learning and laughing the night away.

It also allows you to take full advantage of the most powerful PCs out there.  It offers such features asHomeGroup, which takes the headache out of sharing files and printers on your little nations network. Connect two or more PCs running Windows 7, and HomeGroup makes it super simple to start sharing tunes, photos, videos, and all your documents.  But don’t worry it is password protected so you only share what you want to share.  It also offers a new Windows Media Center allowing you to watch, pause, and record live TV, bop away to your own tunes, show off all of your stunning photos, enjoy online entertainment while couch surfing the day away!  They have made it even better—adding great new features and visual touch-ups.  The Media Center is available in several editions which cater to what you want or need for your life.  My fave capability was the Windows touch.  Say bye bye to your little mouse and browse all your fave sites with the tiny tips of your fingies, right on screen.  that take you right to the documents, pictures, songs, or websites that you need or visit on the regular.
