A Place Where Your Little One is Always Well Mannered and Sweet

Sentimental moms work at it to catalogue and archive new family photos, and moreover, preserving all your child's milestones - from first drawings for first shoes. And for that memento-obsessed mom, Dimples Fovever is more than just jewellery. This beautiful sterling silver statement is a way to keep your loved ones right near your pulse, at your neck or at your wrist.
When
jewellery designer Jeffrey Ross and his wife Patti had their first
child, they were surprised how rapidly their baby grew and changed.
Like most parents, they felt like time was moving too fast. While
reminiscing about the early days, the idea to capture their son’s
precious, one-of-a-kind, fingerprint in jewellery came to them.
“A fingerprint really spoke to us,” says Patti, mother of two and Co-Founder of Dimples.
“To this day, when I think of Owen’s little hands and fingers, a smile
comes over me. We knew at that moment, if we felt this way, others
would too.”
The idea took off, and together, Jeff and Patti launched Dimples in November 2008. Building
on their extensive experience in the jewellery industry, the couple
decided the fingerprints would best be captured in pure silver and made
to wear in a variety of styles – bracelets, necklaces, key rings or
cuff links. The elegance of this line lies in the subtly of the
fingerprint; you may be the only one who knows it’s there.
So, for busy moms, how tedious is it to have your Dimples Forever made? Let us tell you. Effortless. From start to finish, making your personalized Dimples piece is quick and simple. In the comfort of your own home, using the impression tray provided in the Dimples package, you can take an immediate fingerprint imprint and send it off to Dimples’ head office for creation. Every imprint is as perfect as the person it belongs to, and therefore, so is the pendant. How perfect is that?
Leading the way in green gifting, Dimples Forever uses re-claimed silver for the line and post consumer products for the majority of their packaging and promotional materials. And moreover, the company is very proud of the charity work they do with Dimples. Donating
pieces to families with terminally ill children and bringing along
extras for additional family members, Jeffrey and Patti have personally
visited these families to take the imprints themselves. “I
once took the impression of a 6 month old girl in the ICU at Sick
Kids,” says Patti. “Doctors said she wouldn’t make it to her first
birthday. As parents lucky enough to have healthy children, it’s gut
wrenching, but we know that we are providing these families with a very
meaningful experience and keepsake.”
